PET ROCK IN THE PARK
SUNDAY, AUGUST 3OTH 11AM-3PM
Please join us in Portland for PET ROCK IN THE PARK 2026. Many of the local nonprofit organizations will be there to educate about what they do and why it's so important.
Golden Years Haven will have a table at this year's event, so please come visit us, meet some of our senior dogs. There will be games, raffles, prizes, music and food.

Yard Sale Fundraiser
October 2nd-3rd
Golden Years Haven is having its semi-annual yard sale event this October. You can find so many great, donated items from our community at great prices. Every penny earned will earned will be used to fund our "Senior Saving Seniors" program. This fund will be used for medical care and prescription costs for our senior fosters.
We are 100% volunteer based. If you are interested in volunteering or donating any items, please contact us. We are happy to pick up any items that cannot be delivered.
UPCOMING EVENT- MAINE BEER COMPANY
Maine Beer Company is sponsoring Golden Years Haven- Come join us for food and fun with dogs. Freeport, Maine
Wednesday, Oct. 14th from (4pm-8pm)
Come join us at Maine Beer Co in Freeport for pizza, beer and more, from 4pm to 8pm on October 14th. They are generously donating twenty percent of their sales between these hours to support our senior dogs in need.
We will have some of our pack available for walks and talks and maybe, if you're lucky a kiss or two from our senior pups.

June 27, 2026- RESCUE DAY
Please come join us for RESCUE DAY at Well & Good Brewing Co in North Yarmouth. Come have a great time, enjoy some food and drink. Meet some of our local rescues working so hard to make a difference in these animal's lives. Your support goes a long way.
